We built this academy backwards — starting from job descriptions.
Most training programs start with a syllabus and hope it lines up with what employers want. We started the other way: sat down with hiring managers at partner banks and NBFCs, mapped exactly what a first-90-days employee needs to know, and built every module backward from there. That's still how we design every new program — BFSI or otherwise.
We didn't start in a classroom. We started on a banking floor.
For over a decade before AKROS Solution existed, our founders' daily routine was the industry itself — branch floors, credit desks, customer escalations, month-end closes. Banking and financial services weren't something they studied from the outside; it was where they showed up every single day.
That decade is where this academy actually comes from. Every program is built backward from what a real day on the job looks like — not from a textbook, and not from what a training company assumes employers want. When a module teaches how to handle a difficult customer conversation, it's because someone who spent years having those exact conversations helped design it.

Every program is built with input from the banks and NBFCs we place candidates into — they help shape what a module covers, and each cohort ends in a dedicated placement drive with resume building and mock interviews run alongside them.
