If you are under the age of 18, please do not sign up for an account. Some areas of our Site, including our internal staff dashboard, require registration to access. If you register, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate information, and you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We may suspend or terminate any account at any time if we believe it is being used in violation of these Terms.

Program fees are published on the relevant program page and are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate. The published figure is indicative; final fee arrangements, including any applicable revisions, discounts or offers, are confirmed with you at the time of enrollment.

All fees paid to AKROS Solution — including the registration fee, the program fee and any instalment or part-payment — are non-refundable from the moment of payment. Cancellations and refunds for paid programs are governed exclusively by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in a paid program. Some programs carry additional eligibility criteria — including age bands, educational qualifications or work experience — stated on the relevant program page, and enrolment is subject to meeting those criteria.

Where a program includes placement assistance or career support, such support does not constitute a guarantee of employment, selection, salary, employer, role or joining.

Placement decisions are made by prospective employers based on their own eligibility criteria, interview performance, assessments, business requirements and other factors.

We reserve all intellectual property rights in the text, content, software and other materials that appear on this Site. The compilation of content on the Site is our exclusive property. Reproduction of any part of it, in whole or in part, is prohibited without our express written permission.

The AKROS Solution name, logo and other trademarks displayed on the Site are owned by us. Nothing on this Site grants any license or right to use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

While using the Site, you agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, frame, mirror or create derivative works from the Site
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer any part of the Site
• Commercially exploit any content from the Site without our permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Send unsolicited commercial messages, spam or chain letters through the Site
• Introduce viruses, malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts the Site
• Access the Site by any means other than the interface we provide

The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of any such third-party site, and a link does not imply our endorsement of it. You use any linked third-party site at your own risk.

By submitting your contact details to us — including through our enquiry form — you agree that we may contact you by email, phone, SMS or WhatsApp regarding your enquiry, and to send you updates about our products, programs and offers by SMS or WhatsApp. You agree to keep your contact information up to date.

You can withdraw your consent to receive product and offer updates at any time by emailing support@akrossolution.com. We will stop sending these updates within a reasonable time of your request.

Your access to and use of the Site is at your own risk. The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the information on the Site is complete, accurate, or error-free.

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, without notice or liability. We may also suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AKROS Solution will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site.

You agree to indemnify and hold AKROS Solution harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising under them.

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AKROS Solution regarding your use of the Site.
