BFSI Frontline Sales — Residential Training
A residential, hire-train-deploy program built with an NBFC hiring partner for rural and semi-urban frontline sales roles, ending in direct branch deployment.
The 30 days run as two blocks totalling 90 contact hours. Rural Finance Basics (12 days, 36 hours) covers microfinance and priority-sector lending and how field credit assessment is actually done — visiting a customer, reading a household's income and repayment capacity, and documenting it the way the partner's credit team expects. Deployment Prep (18 days, 54 hours) is the territory induction: how a branch's catchment is organised, how targets and reporting work, and the compliance rules a frontline officer is personally accountable for.
Because the program is residential and built with the partner that hires from it, the batch trains together, receives a field allowance during training, and moves straight into branch deployment at the end rather than into a separate job search.

Who This Program Is For
Built for graduates from any stream, aged 21 to 26, who want a fast route into a field role and are genuinely comfortable being posted in a rural or semi-urban branch — the roles this program feeds are in the field, not at a desk in the city. It suits candidates who can commit to 30 residential days away from home and who would rather start earning in a deployed role quickly than spend months on a longer classroom course.
How Placement Support Works
This is a hire-train-deploy program: the NBFC hiring partner is involved from the start, and the batch is trained for the specific frontline roles it is recruiting for. Deployment is direct to a partner branch at the end of the 30 days. Resume preparation and mock interviews still happen during training, so that the deployment interview is not the first one a candidate has faced.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is enrolment open right now?
Not at the moment — this program runs in batches and is currently between them. Join the waitlist from this page and we'll contact you as soon as the next batch dates are fixed.
What does “residential” mean here?
The batch stays and trains together for the full 30 days, then moves into branch deployment as a group.
Is there a field allowance?
Yes — a field allowance is paid during the training period. A counsellor can tell you the current amount.
What is the fee?
The fee for this program is shared on enquiry. Book a free call from this page and a counsellor will walk you through the fee and anything payable before deployment.
Do I need a finance or sales background?
No. Eligibility is any graduate aged 21 to 26 who is comfortable with rural postings. The program starts from microfinance and priority-sector lending basics and assumes no prior experience.
Do I get a certificate?
Yes — a Certificate of Completion from AKROS Solution, with a certificate ID that employers can verify online.
